labor

So currently I am at Vanderbilt just hanging out in labor...I was checked at 8am and was 7cm dilated and plus 2 station meaning that baby Harrison is getting there!!  My night went ok.  When we got here I was still dilated to 2 so they went ahead and broke my water and started PIT.  I hung out until about 2am when my contractions were so bad I could not stand it anymore and got my epidural.  I had some major anxiety about the epidural, but it all went wonderful....I hardly felt a thing!  They gave me some medicine thru my IV to help with the pain and it was WONDERFUL.  Now I know why the kids in the PICU love IV pain meds so much!!  After the epidural we got some sleep, very broken sleep, but some sleep.  So until further notice we are hanging out waiting for Baby Harrison to come!!  Yeah I can't wait!
