Tennessee Baby Shower

On 9/9/10 I had my Tennessee Baby Shower!
It was a fantastic time. We got so many wonderful gifts from all of my great friends. Pretty sure the baby is set for awhile. The shower was thrown by Jennifer, Holly, Curry, Maria and Elizabeth. There might have been as many baby's at my baby shower as adults. It is fun watching everyone get together outside of work and see everyone's precious children!

Tie-dye made by Holly
Birp cloths made by Leah...according to Rebekah they are the BEST one's ever!
Precious birp cloth from Dianne
My BFF's got me a video camera so I can capture all the special moments of Baby H
Andy made it to his first official baby shower...he wants to be a BFF
My cake made by Amy...she is AMAZING!
Angie and Sam are modeling the Ergo baby! I was very excited to receive this gift and comes highly recommended from my friend Danielle who has a little girl and has tried many baby carriers. Thanks girls!
Curry is explaining how to use a nursing tanktop to Sarah who is having a baby in about 16 weeks!
Last but not least, I had an amazing surprise at my baby shower, my mom sent a gift to me. Of course I cried as soon as I saw her hand writing on the box and could not stop. I really wish she would have been there to share this special time with me, but I know she was there in spirit! She got me the outfit that I REALLY wanted for the hospital. It the cutest nursing outfit. Thanks Mom!

As for an update of pregnancy, Jeremy and I went to the doctors today and I am officaially not dilated at all. It is ok cause the baby can not come for at least 2 more weeks because I DO NOT want to go back to work before Christmas, so it has to keep baking for a little longer! It was such a weird feeling at the doctors today when she said so today you are 36 weeks and 6 days along...wow that means only 3 weeks left! Really it means FOR SURE Jeremy and I will have our baby in less than a month! Oh my gosh, I am so so so excited!

I am continuing to work and hanging in there. My feet bones might slightly be missing under the swelling and my wedding rings don't fit, but Jeremy knows we are still married so it's ok! When I wake up in the morning I have to stretch out my poor hands that are a little tight and I take some interesting looking steps to the bathroom, but once everything is all stretched out I am great! I just have a few more sewing items to do, we have to put together the swing, install the carseat into the car, pack my bag and some do some house cleaning before the baby comes, but otherwise I think we are ready! I am sure we will really be ready after birthing class on Saturday for Baby Harrison's big arrival!
